PRIVACY POLICY
The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide a natural person (a data subject) with information comprising the purpose of the processing of personal data, the legal basis, the volume of data processing, the protection scope and the data processing time-limits/terms.

By using this contact information or addressing SMART INTEGRATION at its legal address, you may ask questions related to the processing of personal data. An application as to personal data protection shall be submitted in accordance with Paragraph 22.

General provisions
4. Personal data implies any information as of an identified or identifiable natural person.
5. The privacy policy shall be applied in order to ensure the protection of privacy and personal data for the following groups (hereinafter - Customer):
5.1 as for natural persons - SMART INTEGRATION customers to whom (including potential, former and existing customers) providing information, products with digital content (pdf manuals, courses, webinars, etc.) and services for educational purposes;
5.2 as for visitors of SMART INTEGRATION offices, online events, including those in which events are recorded;
5.3 as for visitors of websites maintained by SMART INTEGRATION;
5.4 as for Authors, Mentors, Specialists, Partners, Organisations, Sponsors whose personal data are processed on social networks and website in connection with marketing activities organised by SMART INTEGRATION.
6. SMART INTEGRATION cares about the privacy and the protection of personal data of customers, respects the Customers' rights to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable laws, the Personal Data Protection Law, and the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data (hereinafter - Regulation) and other applicable laws in the field of privacy and data processing.
7. The privacy policy shall be applied regardless of a form and/or environment in which the Customer provides the personal data (online platform, on SMART INTEGRATION websites, in paper, video calls or telephone or in any digital form: per email, via social media, via chat platforms).
8. SMART INTEGRATION offers for sale digital products and services for Educational and Informational Purposes Only belonging to SMART INTEGRATION and third parties who have entered into agreements with smartintegration.org for the sale of their products and services through the Site smartintegration.org and through social media platforms.
Purpose of personal data processing
9. SMART INTEGRATION processes personal data for the following purposes -
9.1For the supply of services and for the sale of digital products:
9.1.1for identification of the Customer;
9.1.2 for the preparation and conclusion of the contract;
9.1.3 for the supply of digital services;
9.1.4 for the development of new services
9.1.5 for the advertising and distribution of services to achieve commercial goals;
9.1.6 for customer service;
9.1.7 for consideration of objections or claims;9.1.8 for customer retention, loyalty building, and satisfaction measuring;
9.1.9 for the administration of accounts;
9.1.10 for the administration and recovery of debts;
9.1.11 for the maintenance and improvement of the of webpages;
9.1.12 for business planning and analysis;9.1.13 for customer management on CRM;
9.1.14 for other specific purposes for which the Customer's consent has been received upon his or her provision of the respective data to SMART INTEGRATION.
9.1.15 We use email to send newsletters through the Sendpulse (ww.sendpulse.com) platform, as well as for marketing purposes for advertising on social networks.
9.1.16 By adding your application containing personal data to our team of Mentors, Authors, Specialists and Organisations, Partners, Sponsors you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy of SMART INTEGRATION.
Legal basis of the personal data processing
10. SMART INTEGRATION processes the personal data of the Customer on the following legal basis -
10.1 in order to conclude and execute a contract - in order to enter into a contract upon the application of the Customer and ensure the fulfilment thereof (an oral agreement regarding the purchase of the goods or service shall be considered as a contract too);
10.2 in order to ensure execution of regulatory enactments - in order to meet the obligations specified in the external regulatory enactments binding on SMART INTEGRATION;
10.3 in accordance with the consent of the Customer (the data subject);
10.4 in order to ensure the legitimate interests - in order to accomplish the legitimate interests of SMART INTEGRATION arising from the laws, relationship or agreements contracted between the Customer and SMART INTEGRATION.
11. The legitimate interests of SMART INTEGRATION are:
11. 1to perform commercial activities;
11.2 to verify the identity of the Customer prior to the purchase of digital services;
11.3 to ensure the fulfilment of the obligations of the contract;
11.4 to maintain customer applications and applications regarding the purchase and the provision of digital services;
11.5 to elaborate and develop digital services;
11.6 to promote the digital services by sending commercial information;
11.7 to send other messages regarding the progress of the execution of the contract and online events related to the performance of the contract, as well as to perform customer surveys regarding digital services and the experience of their use thereof;
11.8 to prevent the fraudulent activities as to the company;
11.9 to provide corporate management, financial and business accounting and analysis;
11.10 to ensure efficient company management processes;
11.11 to provide and improve the quality of digital services;
11.12 to administer payments;
11.13 to perform video recording for business performance analysis;
11.14 to inform the public regarding as to the company activities;
Personal data processing
12. SMART INTEGRATION takes into account the existing privacy risks and processes the Customer data using modern technologies and all organisational, financial and technical resources at disposal of SMART INTEGRATION.
13. SMART INTEGRATION reserves the right to use automated decision-making as to the Customer. The Customer shall be informed separately of such SMART INTEGRATION activities and in accordance with regulatory enactments.
Personal data protection
14. SMART INTEGRATION protects Customer data using modern technology capabilities by taking into account existing privacy risks and by using reasonable organisational, financial and technical resources at disposal of SMART INTEGRATION.
Categories of personal data recipients
15. SMART INTEGRATION shall not disclose to third parties Customer personal data or any information obtained during the provision of services or during execution of the contract, including information on the goods and services received, with the following exceptions:
15.1 in case a clear and unambiguous consent is given by the Customer;
15.2 in case information shall be provided for persons stipulated in external regulatory enactments, upon a reasoned request thereof, and in accordance with the procedures and to the degree specified in such external regulatory enactments thereof;
15.3 in cases specified in external regulatory enactments and for the protection of the legitimate interests of SMART INTEGRATION, for example, for appealing to a court or other state institutions against a person who has infringed the legitimate interests of SMART INTEGRATION.
Transfer of personal data
16. SMART INTEGRATION shall not transfer personal data to third parties, with the exception of performance of reasonable commercial activity, ensuring that the third parties concerned maintain the confidentiality of personal data and ensure adequate protection.
17. SMART INTEGRATION is entitled to transfer personal data (name, email, any messenger) to SMART INTEGRATION Mentors in the pursuit of commercial or non-commercial activities. However, in such cases SMART INTEGRATION shall require the data recipients to use the received information only for the purposes for which the data was transmitted and in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation.
Access of third country subjects to personal data
18. SMART INTEGRATION shall not transfer personal data to third countries (outside the European Union and the European Economic Area).
Personal data storage duration
19. SMART INTEGRATION shall keep and process the Customer's personal data as long as one of the following criteria exists:
19.1 as long as the contracted agreement with the Customer is in force or the services are provided to the Customer;
19.2 the data is necessary for the purpose for which they have been collected;
19.3 as long as the Customer's application is examined and/or fulfilled completely;
19.4 as long as in accordance with the procedures specified in external regulatory enactments, SMART INTEGRATION or the Customer may exercise their legitimate interests (for example, to submit objections or bring an action before a court);
19.5 as long as SMART INTEGRATION has a legal obligation to store the data;
19.6 as long as the consent of the Customer of processing of personal data is in force, if there is no other lawful basis for the processing of the data.
20. After the conditions referred to in Paragraph 18 cease, the Customer's personal data shall be deleted.
Access to personal data and other Customer rights
21. The Customer has the right to receive the information specified in regulatory enactments relating to the processing of his or her data.
22. The Customer is also entitled to request from SMART INTEGRATION an access to his or her personal data, as well as to require SMART INTEGRATION to supplement, rectify or delete the data, or to restrict processing to the Customer data, or to object to data processing (including the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of the legitimate interests of SMART INTEGRATION), as well as to object to data transfer. These rights shall be exercised in so far as the processing of data does not arise from the obligations of SMART INTEGRATION imposed by the applicable laws and regulations in force and carried out in the public interests.
23. The Customer may submit a request in order to exercise his or her rights in the following way:
23.1 in a written form at the SMART INTEGRATION office in Rotterdam (address - Strevelsweg 700, 3083AS) or via postal services;
23.2 via e-mail by signing a request with a secure digital signature to business@smartintegration.org.
24. Upon the receipt of the Customer's request relating his/her rights at Strevelsweg 700, 3083AS, Rotterdam, SMART INTEGRATION shall verify the identity of the Customer, evaluate the request and comply with it in accordance with the regulatory enactments in force.
25. SMART INTEGRATION's reply shall be sent to the Customer via an e-mail or post to the contact address indicated by him/her in a registered letter.
26. SMART INTEGRATION shall ensure that data processing and protection requirements are fulfilled/settled in accordance with regulatory enactments in force and, in the event of objections received from the Customer, take appropriate actions to resolve the claims. However, if it fails, the Customer shall have the right to apply to the supervisory authority (the Data State Inspectorate of the Netherlands).
27. The Customer shall be entitled to receive one copy of his or her personal data processed by SMART INTEGRATION for free.
28. The receipt and/or use of the information referred to in Paragraph 26 of this document may be limited with the purpose to prevent adverse effects as to the rights and freedoms of others persons (including employees of SMART INTEGRATION).
29. SMART INTEGRATION undertakes to ensure the accuracy of personal data and relies on its customers, suppliers and other third parties who transfer personal data to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the personal data transmitted.
Customer's data processing consent and revocation
30. The Customer shall give his/her consent as for the processing of personal data (the legal basis of which is the consent) (for example, for the receipt of commercial communications, the analysis of personal data) in writing at the SMART INTEGRATION office, on the SMART INTEGRATION website or in another location where SMART INTEGRATION organizes its marketing activities.
31. The Customer shall have the right to withdraw/revoke the given data procession consent at any time in the same way/form as it was given and/or in accordance with the procedure laid down in Paragraph 22. In such a case, further processing of data based on the prior consent shall not be carried out in the future anymore.
32. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the processing of data carried out at the time when the Customer's consent was in effect.
33. The withdrawal/revocation of the consent shall not lead to the interruption of the processing of data carried out on the basis of other legal bases.
Commercial announcements
34. Communication on commercial announcements concerning SMART INTEGRATION and/or third-party services and other non-directly related services (e.g. customer surveys) shall be conducted in accordance with the external regulatory provisions or with the consent of the Customer.
35. Communication, including commercial announcements, may also be conducted using automatic calling or electronic communications equipment.
36. The Customer shall consent to the commercial announcements of SMART INTEGRATION and/or its partners in writing at the SMART INTEGRATION office, on the SMART INTEGRATION website or in another location where SMART INTEGRATION organizes marketing activities.
37. The consent given by the customer for the receipt of commercial announcements shall be valid until it has been withdrawn/revoked (also after the termination of the service contract). The customer may at any time refuse to receive further commercial announcements in any of the following ways:
37.1 by sending an e-mail to: business@smartintegration.org;
37.2 by submitting a written application to the SMART INTEGRATION office;
37.3 by using the automated option included in the commercial announcement to revoke the reception of further announcements/notifications by clicking on the withdrawal/revocation link at the end of the respective commercial statement (e-mail).
38. SMART INTEGRATION shall stop sending commercial messages as soon as the Customer's request is processed. The processing of the request depends on technological capabilities and such cancellation may take up to three days.
39. Upon expressing his/her opinion in surveys and leaving his/her contact information (e-mail, phone, name, online messenger, country of living) in forms provided by SMART INTEGRATION, the Customer agrees that SMART INTEGRATION may communicate with him/her using the contact information provided in relation to the given assessment of the Customer.
Websites visitations and processing of cookies
40. The website smartintegration.org of SMART INTEGRATION can use cookies –
40.1 Cookies are files, that websites place on users' computers to recognize a user and make it easier to use a website. Internet browsers can be configured to alert the customer as to the usage of cookies as well as used to allow the usage of cookies. Not accepting cookies will not prevent the customer from using the website, but this may limit the customer's use of the website;
40.2 The homepages/websites, digital products, social media posts of SMART INTEGRATION may include links to third-party Internet homepages which have their own usage and personal data protection regulations, as to which SMART INTEGRATION does not bear any responsibility.
40.3 The data will be used in Google Analytics Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Website, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
Other provisions
41. SMART INTEGRATION has the right to make changes and supplements to the Privacy Policy and publish them on the SMART INTEGRATION website.
42. SMART INTEGRATION shall store the outdated versions of the Privacy Policy.

However, if it fails, the Customer shall have the right to apply to the supervisory authority (the Data State Inspectorate of the Netherlands).

35. Communication, including commercial announcements, may also be conducted using automatic calling or electronic communications equipment.
36. The Customer shall consent to the commercial announcements of SMART INTEGRATION and/or its partners in writing at the SMART INTEGRATION office, on the SMART INTEGRATION website or in another location where SMART INTEGRATION organizes marketing activities.
37. The consent given by the customer for the receipt of commercial announcements shall be valid until it has been withdrawn/revoked (also after the termination of the service contract). The customer may at any time refuse to receive further commercial announcements in any of the following ways:
37.1 by sending an e-mail to: business@smartintegration.org;
37.2 by submitting a written application to the SMART INTEGRATION office;
37.3 by using the automated option included in the commercial announcement to revoke the reception of further announcements/notifications by clicking on the withdrawal/revocation link at the end of the respective commercial statement (e-mail).
38. SMART INTEGRATION shall stop sending commercial messages as soon as the Customer's request is processed. The processing of the request depends on technological capabilities and such cancellation may take up to three days.
39. Upon expressing his/her opinion in surveys and leaving his/her contact information (e-mail, phone, name, online messenger, country of living) in forms provided by SMART INTEGRATION, the Customer agrees that SMART INTEGRATION may communicate with him/her using the contact information provided in relation to the given assessment of the Customer.

14. SMART INTEGRATION protects Customer data using modern technology capabilities by taking into account existing privacy risks and by using reasonable organisational, financial and technical resources at disposal of SMART INTEGRATION.
Categories of personal data recipients
15. SMART INTEGRATION shall not disclose to third parties Customer personal data or any information obtained during the provision of services or during execution of the contract, including information on the goods and services received, with the following exceptions:
15.1 in case a clear and unambiguous consent is given by the Customer;
15.2 in case information shall be provided for persons stipulated in external regulatory enactments, upon a reasoned request thereof, and in accordance with the procedures and to the degree specified in such external regulatory enactments thereof;
15.3 in cases specified in external regulatory enactments and for the protection of the legitimate interests of SMART INTEGRATION, for example, for appealing to a court or other state institutions against a person who has infringed the legitimate interests of SMART INTEGRATION.
Transfer of personal data
16. SMART INTEGRATION shall not transfer personal data to third parties, with the exception of performance of reasonable commercial activity, ensuring that the third parties concerned maintain the confidentiality of personal data and ensure adequate protection.

19.3 as long as the Customer's application is examined and/or fulfilled completely;
19.4 as long as in accordance with the procedures specified in external regulatory enactments, SMART INTEGRATION or the Customer may exercise their legitimate interests (for example, to submit objections or bring an action before a court);
19.5 as long as SMART INTEGRATION has a legal obligation to store the data;
19.6 as long as the consent of the Customer of processing of personal data is in force, if there is no other lawful basis for the processing of the data.
20. After the conditions referred to in Paragraph 18 cease, the Customer's personal data shall be deleted.
Access to personal data and other Customer rights
21. The Customer has the right to receive the information specified in regulatory enactments relating to the processing of his or her data.
22. The Customer is also entitled to request from SMART INTEGRATION an access to his or her personal data, as well as to require SMART INTEGRATION to supplement, rectify or delete the data, or to restrict processing to the Customer data, or to object to data processing (including the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of the legitimate interests of SMART INTEGRATION), as well as to object to data transfer. These rights shall be exercised in so far as the processing of data does not arise from the obligations of SMART INTEGRATION imposed by the applicable laws and regulations in force and carried out in the public interests.
23. The Customer may submit a request in order to exercise his or her rights in the following way:
23.1 in a written form at the SMART INTEGRATION office in Rotterdam (address - Strevelsweg 700, 3083AS) or via postal services;
23.2 via e-mail by signing a request with a secure digital signature to business@smartintegration.org.
24. Upon the receipt of the Customer's request relating his/her rights at Strevelsweg 700, 3083AS, Rotterdam, SMART INTEGRATION shall verify the identity of the Customer, evaluate the request and comply with it in accordance with the regulatory enactments in force.
25. SMART INTEGRATION's reply shall be sent to the Customer via an e-mail or post to the contact address indicated by him/her in a registered letter.
26. SMART INTEGRATION shall ensure that data processing and protection requirements are fulfilled/settled in accordance with regulatory enactments in force and, in the event of objections received from the Customer, take appropriate actions to resolve the claims. However, if it fails, the Customer shall have the right to apply to the supervisory authority (the Data State Inspectorate of the Netherlands).
27. The Customer shall be entitled to receive one copy of his or her personal data processed by SMART INTEGRATION for free.
28. The receipt and/or use of the information referred to in Paragraph 26 of this document may be limited with the purpose to prevent adverse effects as to the rights and freedoms of others persons (including employees of SMART INTEGRATION).
29. SMART INTEGRATION undertakes to ensure the accuracy of personal data and relies on its customers, suppliers and other third parties who transfer personal data to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the personal data transmitted.
Customer's data processing consent and revocation
30. The Customer shall give his/her consent as for the processing of personal data (the legal basis of which is the consent) (for example, for the receipt of commercial communications, the analysis of personal data) in writing at the SMART INTEGRATION office, on the SMART INTEGRATION website or in another location where SMART INTEGRATION organizes its marketing activities.
31. SMART INTEGRATION shall ensure that data processing and protection requirements are fulfilled/settled in accordance with regulatory enactments in force and, in the event of objections received from the Customer, take appropriate actions to resolve the claims. However, if it fails, the Customer shall have the right to apply to the supervisory authority (the Data State Inspectorate of the Netherlands).
27. The Customer shall be entitled to receive one copy of his or her personal data processed by SMART INTEGRATION for free.

The Customer shall have the right to withdraw/revoke the given data procession consent at any time in the same way/form as it was given and/or in accordance with the procedure laid down in Paragraph 22. In such a case, further processing of data based on the prior consent shall not be carried out in the future anymore.
32. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the processing of data carried out at the time when the Customer's consent was in effect.
33. The withdrawal/revocation of the consent shall not lead to the interruption of the processing of data carried out on the basis of other legal bases.
Commercial announcements
34. Communication on commercial announcements concerning SMART INTEGRATION and/or third-party services and other non-directly related services (e.g. customer surveys) shall be conducted in accordance with the external regulatory provisions or with the consent of the Customer.
35. Communication, including commercial announcements, may also be conducted using automatic calling or electronic communications equipment.
36. The Customer shall consent to the commercial announcements of SMART INTEGRATION and/or its partners in writing at the SMART INTEGRATION office, on the SMART INTEGRATION website or in another location where SMART INTEGRATION organizes marketing activities.
37. The consent given by the customer for the receipt of commercial announcements shall be valid until it has been withdrawn/revoked (also after the termination of the service contract). The customer may at any time refuse to receive further commercial announcements in any of the following ways:
37.1 by sending an e-mail to: business@smartintegration.org;
37.2 by submitting a written application to the SMART INTEGRATION office;
37.3 by using the automated option included in the commercial announcement to revoke the reception of further announcements/notifications by clicking on the withdrawal/revocation link at the end of the respective commercial statement (e-mail).
38. SMART INTEGRATION shall stop sending commercial messages as soon as the Customer's request is processed. The processing of the request depends on technological capabilities and such cancellation may take up to three days.
39. Upon expressing his/her opinion in surveys and leaving his/her contact information (e-mail, phone, name, online messenger, country of living) in forms provided by SMART INTEGRATION, the Customer agrees that SMART INTEGRATION may communicate with him/her using the contact information provided in relation to the given assessment of the Customer.
Websites visitations and processing of cookies
40. The website smartintegration.org of SMART INTEGRATION can use cookies –
40.1 Cookies are files, that websites place on users' computers to recognize a user and make it easier to use a website. Internet browsers can be configured to alert the customer as to the usage of cookies as well as used to allow the usage of cookies. Not accepting cookies will not prevent the customer from using the website, but this may limit the customer's use of the website;
40.2 The homepages/websites, digital products, social media posts of SMART INTEGRATION may include links to third-party Internet homepages which have their own usage and personal data protection regulations, as to which SMART INTEGRATION does not bear any responsibility.
40.3 The data will be used in Google Analytics Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Website, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
Other provisions
41. SMART INTEGRATION has the right to make changes and supplements to the Privacy Policy and publish them on the SMART INTEGRATION website.
42. SMART INTEGRATION shall store the outdated versions of the Privacy Policy.
